Observation

External diaper cream was seen stored in a drawer under the changing table, accessible to the children. It was shared that the creams belonged to children that no longer attend. Dispute Description: It was in a hidden compartment that is hard to see by any child. It has no handles. In prior inspections there was never anything said about that.
